Thanksgiving getaway
Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we had a great stay! The location is perfect for beach, shopping, & restaurants. And in a gorgeous neighborhood! The condo was decorated nicely and clean. Unfortunately the pool heater and elevator were both broken due to the recent hurricanes. My dad has problems with stairs so this made it challenging! And the pool was quite cold! We purposely booked here based on the elevator, and unfortunately we were not informed until a few days prior to arrival on both of these non-working features that were included in the description. But as far as other communication they were great for check ins and departure.

The Watson Family has been renting residences at the Naples Mariner for decades. Our excellent guest reviews speak for themselves. The past 2 years, since Hurricane IAN, have been a challenge. Our second-floor residences have been spared water intrusion during these last 3 hurricanes, but we are at the mercy of contractors and the availability of parts for the common area fixes. Tara, you booked a few days before Hurricane Milton landed in Florida and we did have an elevator and heated pool. We were looking forward to the repairs, as promised, but concluded that they wouldn’t happen before your arrival and immediately made the call to you. All of this didn’t help the difficulty you and your family experienced during your stay, and we apologize. We hope you will give us another opportunity to host you at the Naples Mariner when we can offer you a residence and property in tip top condition where you can make more memories. With gratitude.

Pleasant Stay

The communication with the property manager was great. Denise made sure to accommodate our requests. Our kid enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex. The description of the condo is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the car parking space was super helpful, and the property was clean.

Great location
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpring break with my wife and 2 early teens, the place was the perfect size and well kept. Close to downtown and a block of the beach. Very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Host was awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

Location couldn’t be better!

Naples Condo
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time. The condo was a cute beach themed 2 bedroom. We were I block away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Close to shopping on 3 rd ave and great restaurants. The power went out and Denise, the property manager took fast action and had us up and running. She checked on us during our stay and was so nice to talk to. The pool was also warm and wonderful. All in all I highly recommend this cute beach condo in the heart of Naples.

Great stay!
Publié le 4 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to explore Naples and enjoy the beach. We loved being able to go to delicious restaurants a few minutes away and also be on the beach. Barely used our car! Property was clean and had beach chairs/umbrella/towels that we used. There was some construction happening in the complex but it didn’t impact our stay. Would love to come back!
