Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee /drip grind coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS.
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what is the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. Séjour parfait !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette appartement qui a été parfait pour un séjour en bord de mer ! La localisation est imbattable !!! C'est petit mais parfaitement entretenu et arrangé , il y a tout le nécessaire y compris pour la plage .... tout est neuf et de bon goût ! Le WIFI et les télévisions fonctionnent très bien , la piscine et la place de parking sont un vrai plus ! Il manque juste un petit coffre fort pour y ranger les papiers , les € et les clés ... Je recommande cette location et remercie encore Judy et Tom pour nous avoir rendu ce séjour si agréable !

Updated condo, very clean and great amenities. Had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, and a beach cart to haul everything! Tom and Judy are excellent hosts! The condo was decorated beautifully and only one block to the beach! Newly updated condo in excellent location
We stayed 10 days at this condo. There were 4 adults staying here for 1/2 the time and just 2 of us the other half. We all absolutely loved it! The location is phenomenal- 1 block to the beach and 1 block to 3rd st old Naples shopping and restaurant area. We had coffee on the beach every morning and dinner in town most nights. The condo had just been redone beautifully. Beautiful floors, open new kitchen, comfortable leather sofas, comfortable beds and new nice bathrooms. We had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels cooler and wagon - and in the kitchen. Most importantly, the host was fantastic! Judy was always available and helpful and kind and made checking in and getting situated seamless. We highly recommend. A very easy going vacation!

Perfect Location for a girls Weekend
Spent a few days in Naples for a Girls get away and this property was perfect. Beautifully decorated - very clean-comfortable furniture -right outside the door is the pool and a short walk to beach -shopping -restaurants-coffee-etc. They had everything you needed. ( Fully stocked kitchen if you want to eat in, lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs , cooler etc. Even yoga towels !) Lovely neighborhood . Judy was a pleasure to communicate with -we really enjoyed our stay.

Charming Beach Condo
My children and I loved staying in this condo. It is sweet and charming with a location that can't be beat--literally across the street from the beautiful, white-sand beach, and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Old Naples. The condo is homey and comfortable and was everything we hoped for. The owner, Judy, was so kind and so accommodating, and worked super hard to make sure our stay was top-notch. Thank you Judy!!!! A Gem!
This property was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip to Naples. The hosts were readily available to answer our questions before and during the trip. The beach is truly a short, pleasant walk from the property. We saw lots of dolphins from the pier. On Saturday, we found the Farmer's Market and had some delicious ceviche and salad to enjoy at the property for lunch. We can't wait to return. Thanks Tom and Judy!
