Perfect Stay
Publié le 14 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time in Michelle’s condo and already booked for next February! The condo was very clean and loved the new furniture in the living area. She answered any questions we had quickly too. We have stayed in Naples Bay Resort for the last four years and the first time at Michelle’s and we loved it.

Great Resort
Publié le 28 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely resort with great pool, workout, bar/restaurant accommodations ! The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The staff was very responsive to our needs ! You cannot beat the location close to all the downtown “doings” and a shuttle is provided to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street for your convenience. I believe the one star rating is unwarranted. I had several guests stop by and they agreed that the rating was unreasonable harsh . I agree that the furnishings do need some updating but then guests must understand that the price will increase as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay !

We like the resort and have rented other cottages which were in much better condition. This unit was terrible. Turned us off to VRBO because the rating was 4.6 for this unit and it was a total rip off.

Mary Jo, I am surprised to hear of your disappointment. I did not receive any messages personally and after checking with my staff they have informed me of the following:
You arrived for check-in at 12:00 when check-in is clearly communicated as after 4. This is one hour into our cleaning staff trying to clean and prepare for you. You did leave but then came back at 2pm, still prior to our check-in time. As our cleaning staff was trying to complete preparations for your stay you pulled items out of our supply closet even after you were informed this closet was not for you.
My staff responded to your call about the ice maker and found that it was turned off.
The toilet seat was not broken before your arrival.
Thank you for your feedback on our furnishings. I have been updating various pieces as they become outdated or worn. I evaluate after every season what new furnishings we need based on comfort and appearance. I also try not to be wasteful when furnishing are still in good condition even if style may be a bit outdated I might keep them a little longer.

Love Naples Bay

The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. Appliances are updated and kitchen is well stocked. Description of condo did not indicate there is a streaming TV (with no instructions). There are cables. Michelle was very responsive.
