Family Time
Posted Jul. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house is in a great location, beaches are beautiful and easy to access and easy to get to stores for groceries and supplies. The house is a nice size for a large group and the pool house is a great added bonus. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the grill was clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Naples family getaway

Fantastic House & Location Pool House is Key!
Posted Apr. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed at the house in April 2024. We were a group of four adults and six 17 year olds. The house met all of our needs but what really sets this property apart is the Pool House. This allowed for separation when you wanted it yet you were still able to be together as a group. You won’t find another property with this unique set up. The pool is big and the temperature was perfect. The host was responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is surrounded by gorgeous houses. Don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed!

Posted Jul. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayThe perfect house! Accommodations were terrific. House is in great shape and the pool house is nice added plus. It’s close to everything (Beach, Shopping, Golf, Restaurants, etc.). Host was fantastic! Quick to respond and answer any questions. We’ll be back for sure!

Don't think twice just book!
Posted Jul. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayThis property is better than the pictures or description! Our family of 9 including 4 adults, 2 young adults, a teen and two children had the best week. It was immaculate. We stay multiple times a year at rentals and feel we have realistic expectations but this exceeded all of them! Beds were comfy, lots of towels for both beach and house, pool was large and guest house was great for our older kiddos. We all enjoyed taking morning bike rides and Wiggins beach is closest to the house and by far our favorite as it was muchwaa crowded. Bob was a fantastic host and we would absolutely rent from him again!! Thank you Bob for sharing your home with us! Take care!

Beautiful pool!
Posted Apr. 3, 2023 on HomeAwayIt was a lovely home with lots of room for our family of 9. The pool was clean and kept up well.
The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well but it was noisy in the master bedroom early morning with construction vehicles and garbage pickup.
We let our son and his wife have the pool house as they have a 4 year old that needed alone time to nap.
We spent sometime at the beach but enjoyed the pool better.
All in all it was a great vacation.

I would like future guests to know that there is not any construction near the house. There is also not any construction vehicles driving past the house. Trash is picked up twice per week at approximately 8 or 9 am. The house is not on a main road.
