Well appointed hotel, with friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and festive as our stay was during the Christmas holiday. Great location, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and historic locations. Will definitely stay again if ever in Naples.

The place to stay in Naples
Well-located (walk to Archaeological Museum and Santa Chiara), charming hotel with palatial breakfast area. The neighborhood is filled with shops and Neapolitan character!

Nice Hotel But Issues with Staff
Hotel is in a good location in the Old Town Area. Front desk staff were not helpful when we needed luggage racks in the room and the breakfast staff had loud music in the mornings, had other hotel employees come to the breakfast area and use their fingers to eat while standing and chatting. The breakfast room is gorgeous and worth going to breakfast.

Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items.

This not a 4 star hotel. The grand breakfast hall is not representative of the whole hotel. The room is bare minimum and looks out on a run down inner courtyard.The shower door doesn’t close tightly enough, so it’s hard to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet. Located in a narrow street with lots of graffiti,garbage and run down buildings. It was hard to see the hotel signage so we passed it and had a hard time turning our car around ( that’s not their fault but useful information). There is NO shuttle between hotel and the airport but they will get you a taxi. With the exception of the late evening front desk gentleman, staff was polite/helpful.

This hotel claims to be a 4 star location and whilst it has a spectacular conference room/dining room, the rest of the hotel is tired, cramped, dark and very poorly equipped. It is more like a 2 star hotel from the 1970s The prices charged in no way reflect the quality of the hotel

The hotel is nice and in a great location for walking. The bar across the street has late hours and disturbing to the front street rooms- aim for rooms in the back. The happy hour and breakfast were good. Staff were super helpful with our lost luggage and getting taxis.

There is a ton of graffiti in the neighborhood around the hotel. To an American it seemed a bit sketch at first but after wandering around the area I never felt unsafe. The hotel is great. The rooms were very nice. The bathroom was nice & very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options & it was in a beautiful old ballroom. The outside terrace was cute. The staff was great too. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Area surrounding hotel covered in graffiti however we still managed to enjoy our time in Naples. Reception staff didn't seem interested in going above and beyond checking us in. Good location for Naples attractions. The rooms we had were a little dated and would benefit from refurbishment. There is only one small lift and it broke down for a day during our stay. Not a problem for us, but something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Non posso che raccomandare l'Hotel Decumani! E' situato a due minuti dalla famosa Spaccanapoli e a piedi è possibile raggiungere anche tanti ristoranti/localini. L'Hotel è pulito, silenzioso e fresco (dettaglio importante considerando che noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in estate). La colazione è ricca, completa e buonissima e in più è servita in una sala fantastica. Ma la differenza la fa sicuramente il personale: gentile, discreto e disponibile. Complimenti ragazzi!

This property is unique. It’s located in the Center of Naples, but on a very quiet street. I like that this hotel is, out of many others on Expedia, has 24/7 reception with English speaking staff and with 1 pm checking-in time. We had triple room with Snow White bedding on King bed. The bathroom has very small shower stall, but we managed fine. The key word for the hotel is CLEAN. The premised used to be Archibishop’s and the Breakfast room is grandiose. If I ever come to Naples again, I will stay in Decumani. Highly recommend this hotel.
