Il faut bien lire les conditions, nous sommes arrivés a l'adresse de l'hôtel sauf qu'il faut ensuite aller récupérer les clefs a la reception qui se trouve a 15 minutes a pieds de l'hôtel, avec des bagages c'était super comme balade😡!! J'ai appelé la réception pour demander si il etait possible qu on nous ramene les clefs devant l'hôtel, on m'a repondu que c'était absolument impossible pourtant quand on arrive a la reception on tombe sur 4 personnes qui n'ont pas l'air si occupé que ça, pour ne pas dire qu elles ne font pas grand chose! De plus, le ménage est facturé en supplément et le check out se fait a l heure pile, ne comptez pas dépasser 10h!!!

Horrible service. Don’t stay here, save your money

The room was clean, spacious, had a patio, large shower/shower head, and was renovated modern. Location is near a lot of restaurant options. The bed was not very comfortable and there were no bed covers. Just a sheet over the mattress which is not very sanitary. The sheets kept sliding down so we would be sleeping on the actual mattress. I could see previous guests hair left behind. It was really gross. However, when booking this hotel the location is listed near the port. Read the fine print because the it is not near the port. It is about a 15 minute walk from the port. We arranged a shuttle through the hotel to bring us to our hotel… Big mistake! Instead the shuttle brought us to their front counter which we didn’t realize was a 15 min walk from where we were staying. They then refused to drive us to our rooms after we paid them for the shuttle service. I explained our bags were heavy and my foot was injured and this is why we paid for a shuttle to our hotel.. so we didn’t have to walk. They didn’t care and told us to walk or pay for our own cab. Lastly the photos are deceiving. We thought we were paying extra to stay in a nice hotel but it was really just a room in a sketchy alley and apartment. Would not recommend staying here.

Avoid if you can! It's not a hotel, but it's an agency that offers rooms in various areas of the city! So the location of the room doesn't correspond to reality, plus they block your deposit for the 14/30 day for no reason!? not even a rental agency does it... you pay €80 for the room and they block you €200... what can I say!?

Stanza piccolissima, tv con interruzione continua del segnale, ascensore scomodissimo con funzione a pagamento e oltretutto non dà resto! Struttura a mio parere improvvisata, oltretutto accettazione ad un chilometro dalla struttura per effettuare il check-in! Ti consegnano un mazzo di chiavi (5 in totale) che ingombra il Marsupio
