Très bon rapport qualité/prix avec deux fausses notes: L'isolation phonique des chambres est assez faible La TV dispose de dizaine de chaines mais pour la plupart, elles ne fonctionnent pas (sons et images sont lourdement perturbés)... alors bien sûr, on ne va pas à Napoli pour regarder la TV mais parfois, c'est tout de même utile.

Bonsoir Je suis désolé que nous ne avons pas signalé le problème à la réception, peut-être le les intempéries de ces derniers jours a déplacé l'antenne. Sur le isonorizzazione croire que pour la prochaine année pour changer les portes.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed for 1 night at H Rooms Boutique Hotel last week. When we arrived a little bit earlier, the gentleman at the reception accommodated us and let us check-in earlier. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our brief 1-night at this facility. The hotel is also located on the longomare (literally on the sea side). So we had a nice view in front of the hotel. The metro station was just a walking distance from the hotel, so it was very easy to get around. If we ever go back to Naples, we will definitely go back to that hotel.

The room is pretty small and the staff are not really helpful. We needed an adapter and She didn't show interest in helping. At 7 am she reminded us about the check out time. Not really friendly people. They don't give even a bottle of water. Too expensive for What I got.

Good evening, I am writing to you regarding the review to inform you that you made a last minute reservation for the last free room and we supported you by telephone for the check in the next day You found my mother upon departure where she asked for any extra of the minibar and support you for the adapter but didn't find anything upon departure she Ask if you use anything from the mini bar you say nothing instead there were some drinks from the fridge which you didn't pay for itGrazie

This was not an easy property to find. It's not well signed so good luck if youre arriving after hours. There was no breakfast as advertised. We didn't have hot water the entire time we were there. Staff was kind and area was great for dining. Short cab ride to port, airport etc.

dear Mrs. Tania we must say exactly how things actually are and the truth:1) The structure does not offer breakfast service and does not sell it online, it is only overnight2) your reservation was made by the Expedia call center for a transfer on our site clearly indicated that the desk is active until 20:00 all late evening arrivals must call upon confirmation the customer must confirm your arrival time 72 hours before check in . Expedia support also knew this.3) in the morning in my presence you never said anything about any problems relating to hot water we would have checked his boiler4) outside our structure there is a panel with the name and an arrow you arrived after 11.00 pm maybe you were tired you came from another structure that you did not likewhen there are problems just ask and don't write at the check out

Nice city break

A late check in at 11pm meant ringing someone for details of how to access the property. Got there in the end but a tad stressful! Room was basic but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and great shower

thank you but on the Expedia website it says that customers arriving in the evening after 20:00 must contact the property for telephone support, this most of the time the Expedia customer does not read them

la struttura è ben posizionata, in quanto centrale ma "appartata" le camere anche se abbastanza ampie sono vecchie e non tenute bene, non c'è colazione, la pulizia approssimativa. sicuramente non tornerei

Buongiorno ci riferiamo la sua prenotazione per informarla che la struttura non include la colazione e non viene venduta quindi quando lei ha acquistato la nostra struttura non ha assolutamente acquistato anche il servizio colazione.Inoltre la struttura non e' "appartata" ma siamo collocati su lungomare Caracciolo a Mergellina al secondo piano ingresso fronte mare le camere sono moderne pulite viene effettuata manutenzione mensile e pulizia quotidiana Cordiali saluti

Ringraziamo per la nota, le ricordiamo che nelle nostre camere è vitato fumare abbiamo trovato camera sporca ed impregnata di fumo siamo stati costretti a lavare tutti i tendaggi.Cordialità

The property inside is in excellent condition as are the bedrooms, new mattresses and bathrooms redone in recent years.
