We’ve been coming to this Hilton off and on since 1999. However, NEVER in all my stays did I experience such awful uncontrollable guest behavior not meeting to Hilton standards. There was a group of people acting and dancing indecently and provocatively in front of family and small children; but the worst part was when the man in the group dropped his trunks and showed his backside to everyone. They were very disrespectful of the rules and drinking beer out of glass bottles by the pool- an enormous hazard to the other guests inclusive of small children. We only booked for 1 night this time and normally enjoy our stay (hence booking here for so long) but this experience really left a bad impression as to how Hilton is running things in general when it comes to guest behavior. I think that group may have been asked to leave but it was not clear and I can only presume others complained as well. I will think about staying here again and I am looking into other hotels as a result. It’s a real shame 😞

El hotel es bonito, muy cómodas las habitaciones grandes, pero por ejemplo cuando yo estuvo llovió en alguna noche y así se quedaron los sofás y las sillas mojadas cuando fue de noche los huéspedes no tenían donde sentarse porque todas las salas alrededor de la piscina estaban Mojadas, hmm creo que falta atención al huésped, la comida del restaurante no es buena. Nos tocó salir a buscar restaurantes cercanos para comer. Creo que falta que hayan más actividades en la noche para los huéspedes, no hay nada que hacer en el hotel… deberían hacer fogatas en la playa y más cosas para que los huéspedes se diviertan.

This is not a resort, very limited dining on site. We were underwhelmed by the king ocean view room , it was a joke. We had a partial view of the ocean and full view of the building full of patios directly across fom our patio. The whole experience was terrible. We will never stay at another hilton hotel.

Busy tourist hotel. Too dirty around the pool area and restaurant patio. Every open table had not been wiped down. Rooms were nice. Had an incredible bellman, David, who went above and beyond. Beautiful area.

Night Clark was rude Blonde white female New front desk agent Joe assigned us a room with people inside the room it was extremely embarrassing. He also gave us the wrong keys we could not get in and had to go back to the lobby three times There was credit applied to our account for the inconvenience but this is the principle that matters Pool areas were nice including Jacuzzis

We liked the easy and quick access to the beach. There were restaurants and a Publix in close proximity. The area was beautiful but while we were there the water was very cloudy.
