The property was nice and the staff was friendly. Our room was smaller than we're used to, but it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to get to the airport in the morning and to turn in our rental car. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a nice selection of items. It was a bit noisy in our room because there is a lot of street activity in the area, but this isn't the fault of the hotel. We would stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Love it place!
I did it a late check-in and everything went perfectly they were every attention to me.
The room was great and clean.

Others who stayed there made noise at 11pm and 1am and I could not sleep.

Disappointing stat
Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HotelsHorrible experience- on check in we were told by Mariano that what we booked and paid for- Superior quadruple room that had 2 balconies and was large was given to someone else and he finally gave us a small room facing the street ( very noisy) Air conditioner barely worked
He gave us extra soap/ shower gel and towel so that was nice
Really not good for long distance international hotel guests especially from the USA
They definitely need to have working air conditioners especially in the middle of summer heat and humidity!
Breakfast staff were good although shared utensils to take food from large serving plates which is a health hazard especially for compromised travelers
Not close to city center - public transport can be a nightmare especially on holidays

Difficult stay

Cons- far from city center, average public transport, non existent air conditioning in the middle of very hot and humid summer-exhausting and sleepless night. Front desk not too helpful- hotel advertises air conditioner- maybe good for local Italians and some Europeans although not good for US travelers

Clean Room, Good Breakfast, WifFi worked fine. Shower was small but suitable. Check-in wait was a little lengthy.

The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty and feels unsafe. On Sunday we couldn’t find a taxi passing by and had to walk for half an hour to catch one. The hotel itself is okay but there are no facilities available. Safety is also a concern. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Rooms are a bit small but sufficient for an over night before flying out early the next day
