Nice, quiet, well-situated hotel
Spent 5 nights here. The hotel is just steps from the metro and half a block from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was cleaned daily, had nice shower, toiletries. Only 3 things it lacked: an elevator, a variety of breakfast foods, and no English TV channels, like CNN, BBC, HBO, etc. But I enjoyed my stay. Would stay again.

Great location, well insulated from external noise, but little sound suppression between rooms or from corridors so ear plugs required depending on your neighbouring guests. Disappointing there was no glassware, bottle opener, or facility to make tea/coffee outside of breakfast service. Our fridge was also not operational.

perfect location
quick access to the metro as well as all the train lines, the fast ones and the commuter ones because it's roughly a 2 minute walk to the station; also the bus to the airport is very nearby; there are some restaurants, cafe and shops and one bigger grocery shop (conad) by the train station. The room was OK, the ac worked well, the room was quiet because I explicitly asked for such room. The best thing about the breakfast was the delicious and fresh pastry.

Pleasantly surprised. I booked this hotel last minute because I wanted to be near the airport for my flight the following morning. The ally bus was half a block away and I got to the airport in 15 minutes. Fantastic location!

Served the purpose.
I booked the family room for a one night stop between Rome and Amalfi to visit Pompeii. I chose it for its proximity to the train station. The room was clean and large enough for four adults. Though the neighborhood is rough and not where you’d want to be for any extended stay in Naples, it was perfect for our purposes. The front desk was extremely helpful and patient in navigating me toward areas worth visiting for dinner. The free breakfast was an added bonus. Air conditioner took the edge off but not much else.

This hotel is good value for money. I had a comfortable bed . The room was spacious and quiet even though it looked on to Piazza Garibaldi. I had an early train so couldn’t have breakfast. I would have liked a small kettle to make a cup of tea before my journey. I am a mature woman travelling on my own so I was reassured by the secure gates between the hotel and piazza. I would be happy to stay again

This hotel is right in front of train station which is super convenient. Lots of food options around and the area is good. It was just two things I didn’t like: every time you go out they take your room key away, no explanation of why, I felt a little bit uneasy about giving it away. Second, breakfast doesn’t have options, is just ham, cheese and croissants.

The hotel is conveniently located at a short distance from the train and metro station. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast service is well organized. The management is friendly and attentive. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Don’t be deceived by other decent reviews
The room was decent as far as space, bathroom needs major cleaning and disinfecting, there was a sewing needle stuck at the bottom of the bowl, the sheets were hard and uncomfortable, there were mosquitoes in the room! The front concierge guy was rude and insisted that we leave our passports with him for 10 mins and return for it? Which I refused to do and don’t feel safe doing. He also demanded that we leave our room keys in the front when we went out to get food.Stated that we might loose the keys?? What hotel will do that? We felt uncomfortable, unsafe and worried about our stuff knowing that he could access our room while we’re out! It’s like we gave him permission to enter while we’re gone!! That’s illegal specially if you’re paying for that room as your personal space in that particular time! Don’t stay here!!!! The maintenance guy was nice though and actually helped us set the AC so we are comfortable. And he’s polite and graciously offered us breakfast before we left really early for our next destination.

Nice small hotel in front of the train station with lots of restaurants around the hotel and they do provide a complimentary breakfast nothing fancy but enough. Only negative part was no dark curtain on window. Great staff super nice.
