Check my reviews!!! This is an immaculate, comfortable,1 bedroom, 1 bath condo newly renovated and updated. The condo sleeps four and has a queen size bed and sofabed. .It is fully tiled and located directly on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico.Kitchen appliances are new upscale stainless steel with a new granite extended counter and new cabinets.Kitchen is equipped with a micro convention oven, stove with glass top, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, all utensils, blender, food processor and much more. Bathroom has new walk in tiled shower with double shower heads, new vanity and counter. Balcony has chaise lounge with table and 4 chairs. Direct view of sunsets and dolphins right from your own balcony. No need to drive to a beach. This direct access beachfront unit has additional amenities including, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys for the kids ,rafts and swimming noodles. WIRELESS INTERNET so bring your laptop computer.The unit also has 2 Flat Screen TVs with DVD connections; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. All linens, bath and beach towels, hair dryer ,iron, ironing board are included in unit. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and the Sunset Grille Restaurant and Beach Bar are on the first floor with direct access from the beach or the pool area.

Amazing Location
Location is perfect. From balcony see beach, ocean, birds, dolphins, sunset, moon set. Walk downstairs and you are literally on the beach. Restaurant in building is a nice bonus. Owner responds quickly to any questions.

Overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was a stove with an oven instead of just a cook top.Also, there was only one functioning elevator for a building of that size.

All we needed was available and our stay quite comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install screen on the beautiful balcony to be able to enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room without worrying about insects.

Wonderful location!
We came down to Marco Island for a short birthday get-a-way. Location was great, right on the water. We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. Sunsets are spectacular! Close to many excursions and restaurants. Restaurant/bar on-site was an added bonus! Barbara was very responsive and the condo staff was nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great ocean view!
Great place to stay! Our daughter was getting married on the beach in front of the Apollo. So staying here was perfect! Our hostess Barbara was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed! We were very happy!

Wonderful VIEW
You could not find a more beautiful place to stay on Marco Island. I have been to Marco Island many times in the past as I have Hawaii. I would challenge you to find a place any more beautiful than this view. The unit was nicely appointed, but the furniture in the livingroom was very uncomfortable. If you had to sit on the couch or chair for more than a couple of hours at a time it was not pleasant. The bed had a problem with the center support that made sleeping almost impossible until my husband took the bed apart and repaired the center support as designed. We were there for 5 weeks. Had we not already scheduled and paid for a additional week at Key West following our stay in Marco we would have gone home early. Monday thru Friday was non-stop tremendous noise due to work being done on the property. 8:30am until 4:30pm daily the noise was so loud that any talk inside the condo with my husband required yelling to be heard. People on the beach even talked about all of the noise. The owner could not have been any more accomodating. She was very sympathetic and said that she had no idea that this much noise was going on at the site. She refunded a portion of the rent that we had paid after she heard the noise during one of our phone conversations. She was very quick to correct any problem inside the unit its self. The AC stopped functioning one day. She had a repairman on site and the issue was resolved within an hour of notifying her of the problem.

Perfect Condo on Marco Island
Barb was a great host and accommodating during our trip. The listing is beautiful with a great porch to watch dolphins from. The unit is just as described in the listing. If I go back to Marco Island I would stay at this property again. Highly recommend as this host was responsive and helped make our stay better.

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing week at Barb’s condo- she was very responsive and helpful w questions- listing is accurate- condo had everything and more - including beach gear- decorated beautifully- balcony is perfect we saw lots of dolphins and beautiful sunsets- location can’t be beat- nice quiet complex and people very friendly - would definitely stay again but she is fully booked for Feb 2025 already! 😢 I don’t really want more competition…..😬

It's as amazing as it sounds!
Barbara's condo is very nice, clean, and functional. The location cannot be beat! We enjoyed being able to have the expansive view of the beach and ocean right from the couch as well as direct access to the amazing beach - one of the cleanest beaches we have ever seen! It was very convenient having the Sunset Grille right in the building for a quick bite, as most other restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Having a reserved parking space was great, as the parking lot fills up on busy restaurant nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Get Away
This property is perfect for beach lovers. It has everything you may need and has easy access to the bench. You have an amazing view of sunsets and you are within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Barbara is very responsive and made everything very easy (from check in to check out). Fabulous location
Beautiful beach front condo on South Marco Island Beach. Updated, clean, 1 bedroom plus a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, convection microwave, stovetop and refrigerator. Perfect location, quiet, secure building with gated access and key entry security doors. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!!
