Good location, is clean, breakfast variety, staff friendly , easy parking, is under renovation, but quiet , not disturbing noise, I think the price is affordable and acceptable.

When you use the elevator to go down from the fourth floor the door opens and closes two or three times. finally it doesn't go down and you have to use the stairs.

Pot holes galore entering, check in gal did not know there was an email sent to me to pre check in to sped up check in. Did not like having to produce my license and give my credit card after doing it on line. Breakfast was mediocre.

My first room was stained and it smelled like urine.2nd room was cleaner but still stained walls and mirror was gross. It had no air condition in the room . Totally broken it was so hot. There was no other room to move me to so I checked out n left . Horrible experience . Front desk man was very nice
