Needs to get a system together with new clients
Publié le 3 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe did not ever get beach towels and kitchen towels. Received 6 towels, hand towels, wash clothes after two days. The place was very dated. The coffee maker didn't work properly, the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. I think the owner needs to go in and look at what is needed. Example two hairdryers....

Very poorly maintained/cleaned
Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayMold on bathroom walls and kitchen counter corner, black fuzz on ceiling fans, fuzz on bathroom fans, furnace filter dark grey very furry fuzz, peeling wall paper everywhere kept on in some places by cellophane tape, hair in bathroom, yellow/brown stained mattress pad (unwashed/fresh stain under our clean sheet!), no mattress pad on one bed, smelly leak under kitchen sink, broken screened in porch flapping open let geckos in, handle on microwave falling off, the list could go on and on. We immediately sent texts and pictures to Vacasa, tech came the wrong days to remediate and when they did show up they asked what needed to be done! I started telling them and the. Said “contact Vacasa. We’ve exchanged multiple texts) They fixed the screen, that!’s it. Non stick pots were peeling, virtually no serving/storage containers and those that existed were ancient old carry out food containeers or ancient Tupperware. Carpet was stained and had fuzz so either not vacuumed or vacuumed with really poor vacuum. Decor was really, really out of date, which we expected from the listing, but the place was really, really embarrassing when our family arrived and very unsanitary. Vacasa response/communication was frustrating and non-tesponsive. We will not stay at another Vacasa property. Our other family stayed 1 building over in a beautiful condo rented by owner for much less.

Barbara, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from enjoying your stay. Our local manager assured us that the new mattress pads have been added to the home. Additionally, our maintenance team was dispatched to the home in a timely manner to remedy your concerns but respected your request to do this on a different day. Hopefully we can better impress you in the future.

Short Family Visit

Went to Naples to visit parent in nearby assisted living facility, so condo was convenient and the first floor allowed for easy access for our parent to visit. Condo had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the key/lock, but the Property Manager went out of his way to assist and solve the problem. Thanks for a great trip

Great place!
Publié le 13 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayNice accommodations and cozy setting. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't play golf there because that was a major factor in our decision to visit. Couldn't get the cable TV in the second bedroom to work, but not sure if it was just user error. All-in-all it was clean, convenient and comfortable. Pool and clubhouse were also pluses.

Hi Tim, we are delighted that you enjoyed your time here. We apologize for any inconvenience with playing golf. Lely is a private resort that requires membership to play golf there. There are other local golf courses nearby that guests can enjoy. Upon inspection, the cable/TV in the 2nd bedroom was working well. We are available 24 hours a day and would have been happy to assist with any questions. We hope to host you again soon.
