Sunshine Daydream. This home is fully equipped and includes a child protection removable screen system which allows you to keep the sliders open to the pool area allowing a breeze in but still protecting your little ones! (see photo's). This home will be spotless when you arrive. Fantastic location. Walk or ride to the beach. 4 bedroom pool home.

Professionally landscaped and impeccably furnished home. Located in the 500 block of 106 Avenue north it will exceed your expectations from the moment you arrive. The home is situated on a large corner lot with large palms and an assortment of tropical plants. As you enter the main foyer there are French doors to the left which open to bedroom number four that features a queen size bed. The main entrance leads to a vaulted ceiling great room which offers a spacious kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker along with all new plates, silverware, pots and pans. Along side the kitchen is a rectangular table that offers seating for eight. The living area is decorated in a coastal theme with a 65 inch flat panel HDTV powered by Comcast cable and WIFI throughout the home and pool area.
Continue through the patio sliders and you will find a large covered outdoor eating area equipped with patio dining and a stainless Weber grill. A perfect spot to dine. This area is part of the screened lanai pool area which offers full privacy with southern exposure for you and your guests An additional table and three lounge chairs complete the pool area.
To the right of the kitchen area and living area are three bedrooms. The master features a king bed with sliders to the lanai. Private master bath, large walk in closet and a 50 inch flat panel HDTV complete the suite. Bedroom number two features a queen size bed decorated in a coastal theme with a HDTV. Bedroom number three features two twin beds and a ceiling fan and a HDTV
This home comfortably accommodates 2-10 guests (8 guests sleep in beds and 2 guests sleep on Sealy Roll away beds). It includes 4 bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Amenities boast: five bicycles fully equipped with locks and an air pump, a 60 inch HD TV with additional TV's in three bedrooms, high speed wireless internet service and a washer and dryer.

Maison absolument magnifique, très confortable, au calme, très proche d'une superbe plage. Super piscine et véranda! Très propre, identique au photos! Le propriétaire est très réactif! Nous étions 8 (2 familles avec petits enfants) et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Il ne manque rien, tout est prévu: les linges de douche, les linges pour la plage, les linges pour la cuisine, les condiments, le papier toilette, le papier ménage, les produits vaisselle, le produits pour la machine à laver. C'est très appréciable. Voyageurs dans la région de Naples, n'hésitez pas, louez cette maison!

This house was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for everybody in our party. Everything was in working order. The pool was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were a short distance from the two beaches. The neighborhood was quiet.

Far away
The property and owner were nice. It was clean and the pool was great. I thought the description was a bit inaccurate. It said you could walk to the beach, which is possible but not practical. The beach is pretty far away to walk with just yourself, but just not possible with kids, beach gear, and cooler. The owner does provide a pass to the state park beach area which is great, but the description of the house location is a bit misleading .

If you are looking for a house to rent, where you can literally walk inside and already feel at home, this is the place! I’ve never had a rental more clean than this one! Everything is provided from linens, to beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, pool floats, paper towels, toilet paper, pass to park at State Park and the list goes on! The owner was awesome with his communications from the minute we booked down to the day we arrived, which he let us check in early! We even met the cleaning lady on our way out and she couldn’t have been more sweet! We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can return! Caban/Gray Family if NC

Perfectly Clean and Amazing Pool
My husband, myself and another couple really enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully done and perfectly clean. The towels and linens were soft and inviting. We found it comfortable and a joy to be there. The pool was amazing. It was so pretty and a larger size than we expected. The water temperature was perfect. All in all we just wanted to move in and stay. We're hoping we can return at a later date. Some unexpected and appreciated touches were the hangers, extra blankets and pillows, soap and shampoo, Kleenex, etc. So welcoming and a pleasure to enjoy. All 4 or us were so happy this property was available when we needed to make the trip to Naples. Also, worth mentioning is the fact that several places to shop, eat and get groceries were close by.

Fabulous home for family
Bob, the owner, lives near enough to respond quickly to any issues you have (I had one minor question) and he does. The pool is great, nicely heated, comfortable pool side furniture, very clean. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. The mattresses were very comfortable, linens and towels were nice. Lots of quality pots and pans, glasses, plates, etc. There are 4 adult bikes, beach coolers, chairs and umbrellas. We were also pleasantly surprised to find 2 sets of golf clubs, a kayak, a child's bike and a stroller. Also, for young families the house has 2 pack and play cribs, 2 booster seats and a removable fence to close off the pool if you are concerned about kids wandering too close to the pool. There is a nice outdoor dining area that is covered, and a gas grill. We ate outside every day when we ate at home. There are many great restaurants close by - from diners and pubs to high end dining. Also, close to lots of grocery shopping - walmart, trader Joe's, whole foods, publix. We loved our stay here and have already made some arrangements to return.

We had a wonderful stay with some awesome weather. We were there for a family wedding and the location of the house was perfect for us! They provided lots of beach supplies such as chairs, cooler, beach towels , and umbrella. The master bed was too hard for us but the other two queen beds were very comfortable! The owner was very easy to work with and responded to our emails right away prior to our stay but did not need to contact him during our stay! We would stay here again!
