Naples family time
Our family spent a weekend here. It is a very accommodating place. There is plenty of parking and the outside is great for games and swimming. The upstairs bedrooms are a good size. It is well stocked with bedding and towels and a good amount of seating downstairs.

The house was roomy and comfortable (for the 11 of us), and as advertised. Naples is a nice area. We went for a hike just down the road, and golfed also close by.

Great stay at the Grape Escape
We are a family group ranging in age from 5-( lets not say 😉). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this home. We rent a home every year for a long weekend with all of our grown kids and their respective partners. Everyone had such a great time. The house is set up very nice for a group of this size, there isnplenty of space inside and outside. It is in such a beautiful setting, so peaceful. The pool was a huge hit and kept everyone busy.I would highly recommend!

Great Family Get Together!
We enjoyed our stay at the Grape Escape! Perfect location with plenty of space for the 10 of us! Two good size bathrooms a plus! Pool was awesome plus the deck to sip wine and enjoy charcuterie! Kitchen had everything needed! Blackstone griddle available for use which was awesome…bbq gas grill was a bit tired and in need of replacement. Weber charcoal kettle (pretty new) was available too! My family loved how secluded it was- quiet and peaceful during our nightly bonfire! Plenty of parking and super location to visit the many wineries near by… already looking at calendar to book again next year!

Wonderful place to stay
Had a wonderful time at the Naples farm. Place was very clean and all furnishings were in great condition. No need to bring anything extra besides food and clothes since there was plenty of plates, paper towels, tp, towels... Kids loved playing in the pool and around the property. Spent a day at Grimes Glen and visited some wineries on the way in and out. Lots of fun. Hope to return soon!

family get together
A great place for a family get together. Lots of room for kids to roam without worrying about disturbing neighbors. Kids of all ages enjoyed the pool, basketball hoop, & fire pit. Kitchen was very well supplied. The only issue was that the second floor bedrooms were very hot at night -- the AC didn't seem to reach them.

Naples Ski Getaway
We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our two families. The property is very well taken care of, the house was clean and we had plenty of room for all four adults and five kids. Unfortunately we didn’t get much snow, but did manage to ski a couple of days at Bristol Mountian about 10 minutes away. Everyone in town was super friendly and we really enjoyed the local wineries. Would love to see this place in the summer!

Great place
We had a great time at this property. Plenty of room for the whole family to gather and play. Only two disappointments: 1. Mosquitos were really awful. Not sure the owners could have done anything about this, but it truly limited our time outside. 2. One of the showers was not working and could not be repaired during our stay. We made it work, but it was disappointing when you a large group. Overall we were happy and would recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at this house. It was clean, lovely and had everything we needed. The owner is very kind and helpful. She even dropped off a high chair for my sister in law to use for my nephew. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area. We’d definitely book again.

Lovely winter visit
Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grape Escape. We all felt like we were at grandma’s house for the holidays. A wonderful way for our family to gather for Christmas. We appreciated the Christmas decorations and tree for our celebration. We had fun making paper snowflakes to decorate it. The bottle of wine to greet us was appreciated as were the extra supplies in the kitchen and bath. Plenty of towels and bed linens. I know the king bed was very comfy and no one complained in the other rooms so I assume they were comfortable as well. We Enjoyed having a washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. It was a wonderful holiday!

Nice private get-away
This house is at the end of a dead end street which makes for delightful privacy. Lots of room to roam in the spacious yard. Loved the pool, deck and hung out quite a bit on the paved area in front of the barn. Stars at night were just gorgeous! The house fit our needs perfectly, had such a charm about it. We stayed in the heat of the summer so the upstairs bedrooms were quite hot at night, other than that the house was a great fit for our family of 10 and our dogs.

Great summer week!
Spacious house fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies as well as pool/outdoor floats & games. The front porch is screened in and a great place to relax if it rains. We used the grills which were great (griddle, propane, charcoal & air fryer) - air fryer is attached to grill and requires a plug. We had a long extension cord so it worked by just a note. Tub upstairs is a big claw tub so some may only be able to use as a tub/bath. Shower downstairs was perfect. There is a boat/kayak launch about 5 mins up the street if you have your own. Moore Winery and Hazlitt are 3 mins away. Mary was great to work with and responded as we needed. We will definitely use the house again for future trips!

Perfect 10 days, family of 4 with 2 toddlers
This house has a soul. It was a very restful and peaceful vacation during the COVID pandemic, a time capsule far from all the madness. The house is full of light and very comfortable. There is plenty of room everywhere to unpack properly and store your things which I greatly appreciated. Also was towels galore, all clean and stacked. For families with young children, there is a pack'n play in one of the closets, and a step, always useful with little ones. There is a shelf with some jigsaw puzzles, a big box of magnet Picasso tiles, chalk. There is also a Blu-ray player in the entertainment unit, where, again, one can store their personal belongings. Our children were so thrilled to have a slide and a swing set, and we could let them roam about on the property safely, knowing there was no danger whatsoever. The house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen came with a full pantry which is always greatly appreciated. The W&D are top of the line and work very well. The village of Naples is mostly Victorian and well maintained, everyone we met was kind and friendly. Lot's of trails and parks in short distances, with different levels of hike difficulties. Basically, if you are looking for a beautiful home in a semi-country, semi-village place, this is for you. We will definitely rent this house again!
