It was an absolute pleasure hosting Michael and Chris ! They were respectful, communicative, and treated our home with great care. They followed all house rules and left the space spotless. It’s clear they value and appreciate the homes they stay in, which made hosting them stress-free and enjoyable. I would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts

Emerald Lakes Experience

Photos of property are exactly as the property is; excellent location, everything you need is very closeby; pools were clean, so are the facilities at the pools; host was prompt with responding to questions; would definitely recommend property and will definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay
Publié le 1 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed staying at this property for 11 days. Condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Updated kitchen a plus. Great location, really nice walking and swimming. Will look to stay here in the future. Close parking near unit was very convenient.

Wonderful vacation

Our only negative experience was with the property manager over the parking pass that we needed to get for this condo. He was fairly rude and demanded more information from us than I would think is needed for a simple parking pass. Other than that, loved the location and the condo.

The Good The Bad

The Property Manager did not provide proper documentation to the Condo Association, consequently, the condo association was very threatening to us. Detracted from our stay.

Winter Getaway to N Naples…
Publié le 12 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo is very nice! It is totally updated, clean and Natasha was easy to work with. The condo is close to Vanderbilt beach, restaurants and stores. The community and pools were nice as well. The 2nd bedroom bed seemed a “bit” smaller than a queen and could use better pillows. Both bathrooms could use a couple more bath towels. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying again!!

Apologies for all your experience with us ! As I mentioned in my direct email the property manager got sick and was on quarantine during your stay. The batteries in the fire detector and front door are changed. The shower head was also replaced. We have talked to our neighbor about his alarm during the early morning hours.
Again, we are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience.
