High price, low value
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe paid 250 AUD for a very simple accommodation, I feel fouled, it was not worth it. When I talked to the friendly staff she got very surprised of the price and sad that must be Hotels.com that takes that price because their list prices is much lower. Since I had done my payment via Hotels.com, the accommodation could not refund me the high payment. How can this happen?

We strive to offer value to all our guests, and it’s unfortunate that the price discrepancy through Hotels.com caused this issue. Unfortunately, since bookings and payments through third-party platforms are managed by them, we are limited in how what we can do to review and rectify this issue once the booking is confirmed. We recommend booking directly with us in the future for the best rates. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.

I cannot complain about the staff, they were very friendly and extremely helpful. The standard unit we stayed in was however disappointing. The cleanliness could have been better, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell about it.
