Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is unbeatable as it's very close to both Keisei and JR stations, so you have options. There is a conbini across the street and lots of food options in the area. It's my first choice to go when it's available. I have had issues regulating room temperature during all of my stays, though.

全体的にあまり綺麗なホテルではなかったです。部屋の掃除もさほど行き届いていません。特にバスルームは最悪でした。カビがひどく、シャワーカーテンはバクテリアが繁殖している臭いがしていました。何連泊しても掃除は電話で依頼する、その掃除もバスルームとベッドメイキングだけと書かれていました。誰でも使える電子レンジが各階に置かれていましたが、掃除されてる気配はなく、庫内はとても汚かったです。 駅近で、京成もJRも選べたので交通の便は良かったです。イオンモール行きのフリーバスもよく利用しました。

I continually visit this hotel throughout the year. I love it. The rooms aren't the most beautiful, but it's clean, they have everything you need...at an incredible price. My most recent stay - $32.00 for the night. And the room is EASILY worth that.

I stay at the Welco every time I visit Narita - which is about four times per year. Sometimes, due to their deals, the room will cost me about $32 for a full room. It may not be the nicest and cleanest hotel I've experienced, but the staff is fantastic, the rooms are MORE than reasonable and I love Narita itself. A from my book.

Great location and walkability to a train station and the surrounding area. Unsure if there are smoking only floors as there was some smoke-smell that would seep in through the bathroom vent. Would be wary if you have any breathing conditions or sensitivity.

The facility was a terrible condition. We had to switch room because the mattresses were filthy, even we switched a room, it was not any better. We had them re-do the sheets. Bathroom had moldy spots. They do not have shuttle service from and to airport. We found out when we got to the bus stop. Service was okay, I wish we did not stay there if we knew all of that. We will not stay there again.
