The hotel shuttle from the airport was prompt and easy to use. Check in was smooth although we were given one room key for two of us. There is a shuttle into town which is very convenient. It would be a 45-60 min walk into the town so the shuttle was great. Both shuttles are free. The hotel itself is older but clean and everything we needed. The beds are in the very firm category - no ultra plush mattress here - but comfortable. There was one extra blanket in the closet. The bathroom fan system isn’t great but the laundry spray says “for rooms!” On it so we have been using that as air freshener. We paid the add on price on Expedia for breakfast. It was about ¥3300 extra for two but considering the same breakfast purchased at the hotel was ¥4400 for two, it was definitely less expensive to purchase ahead on Expedia. The hotel is not really within walking distance of most restaurants so this was easy and convenient. The food is mostly Asian with some nods to foreign tastes: sausages, potato wedges, toast, croissants, yogurt, corn flakes. Also available: dumplings, sashimi, noodles, steamed vegetables and a wide variety of other Asian dishes. The gardens outside the breakfast buffet were beautiful.

Cob webs on the roof and light fixture. Over all clean. Staff was friendly. Everything in room outdated, beat up. Bed was comfortable and clean. The gym old stuff but mint condition, very clean. Over all a nice place to stay.

I chose a non-smoking room and it still smelled terrible, the bathrooms smelled really bad like urine, the hotel looked abandoned, I definitely don't recommend it and remember not to spend even half a second there because they will charge you right away. Very bad decision

The rooms were old, but other things were perfect! I love the breakfast because we can eat a lot of seafood. And we can stay as late check out 700yen per hour by three pm. We stayed at suite room. It’s so huge. It’s not expensive.

The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good.
