Property was very close to the airport. Excellent for transit at Narita. Not too many other facilities around the hotel.

The workers are very friendly but the rooms are filthy. The shower head was so dirty we didn’t even shower. All around the tub was dirty as well, seemed like black mold. Thankfully we only stayed one night and flew out the following morning. Only great thing is the free shuttle to the airport. We personally wouldn’t stay again

There are souvenirs shop and drugstore in the lobby, and great dining options.
