Great hotel and very quiet. Loved the size of the room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very cool area and very convenient for the airport. Def be returning

The staff was outstanding and friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had traditional Japanese flair.

The room was very clean and spacious. Close to the train station and a number of famous restaurants. I was a bit disappointed by the public bath which was very small. Also, some guests used it without taking a shower. A boy even entered into the female section and swam there. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but they need to think of some ways to educate their guests.

Great location and room was really authentic and spacious.
Don’t think about late check out they charge 80/hour just a FYI
Other than that I would absolutely go back
