Great family vacation house!

A Perfect Family Vacation House

The house was perfect. 5 bedrooms plus a kids room, two large bathrooms and a nice open living room and kitchen with a deck. Martin was very communicative and welcoming from the start. He had lots of suggestions for places to eat. We all had a lot of fun and would definitely consider staying again.

Great house!
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at this house. It clearly gets cleaned well between guests. The layout was great for a family with kids. The house was well stocked with your general kitchen needs and was great to have a grill on the back deck. The location is great being only 10-15min to the state beaches and less than a mile walk to the private Kelly beach. Communication with the owner was also very good. This is definitely a house we will look to stay at again.

Awesome house!

We are so glad that you and your family enjoyed your Narragansett vacation! Brickley's Homemade Ice Cream and Monahan's Clam Shack are the best, and so close. I say it again and again, Narragansett has the most amazing beaches but Kelly Beach is at the top of our list. We hope you consider us for future stays. Enjoy your summer!

Perfect Family Home
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful week at Marty’s home. The home was set up perfectly with comfy beds, a stocked kitchen and a nice back deck for meals and relaxing. Everything is updated and clean. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower after our run around the awesome neighborhood. Marty was responsive and helpful before and during our trip. We will definitely be back!

Great spot

Each family had their own room(s) but we mostly took advantage of the living room and deck. House was close to the beach and it was easy to get around the area. Overall, a great place and would stay again!

Beautiful location with a family friendly house

The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was very organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Beach Getaway!

There were plenty of bedrooms and spaces to be together or enjoy some quiet time. Our family usually stays closer to Scarborough beach but this location was very nice and the neighborhood peaceful with easy access to all things Narragansett and beyond. Their home had many thoughtful touches and was decorated in a way you felt welcomed into their home and not just another rental. It was a fantastic week at the beach.

Kelly Beach is a beautiful beach and we enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and other activities. I would highly recommend this vacation home.
