The hotel was very clean and updated.
The only negative thing I would say is that there was no beach access even though it is directly across the street I wanted to go for walks on the beach with out driving. But that's not the hotels doing. Just want to put it out there for others to know.

Hi Lorry, thank you for the review! I appreciate you pointing out our location for other guests. If I could create a beach across the street for our guests I would, but for now we remain within an 8 minute walk to the Narragansett Town Beach. We hope to see you back soon!

The room had a very beachy vibe. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. Staff in the lobby were friendly, and the hot coffee was pretty good every morning. Views from the on site restaurant and bar were stunning. Unfortunately , a few things got in the way of our giving this place a better rating. Upon entering the room, the mildew smell was really strong. Very off putting. The caulk in the shower had big spots of black mold- it requires either deep cleaning or replacement. Last, the guest directly above us had a small dog that ran across the floor every morning between 6:45 and 7:00 am. Maybe those traveling with pets should be given rooms on the first floor?

I am sorry to hear the pet above you was noisy, our entire property is pet friendly and it is hard to restrict guests with pets just to the ground floor, but we will take this into consideration for upcoming stays.
