The water in accessable shower made its way throigh the bathroom into the bedroom area more than going down the drain. Staff was unhelpful. Cigarette burns in bedding

Blood on the sheets

Showed up in the afternoon, paid for a non smoking room but got a smoking room, was told in the most "i dont care your unhappy" tone of voice. That i either took the room or went else where. Took the room because after driving 600 miles i was too tired to do anything else. Deadbolt for door was broken so its always engaged meaning i couldnt close it from outside the room, in the morning told a different employee about the door issue and was told i must have been closing it wrong.
