Felt like a college apartment

Of booking fees through hotels.com, it was cost effective compared to the downtown hotels. On another note, the maintenance of the facility was average. It was very college apartment grade maintenance. Updated furniture and amenities were great. The flooring was very cracked and creaking loudly (poor installation). The parking Accommodations did not allow us to park within the gated area consistently. On the bright side, it is located directly across a large field and walking area great for jogging, recreational usage.

Bedding was obviously not changed. Stained and hair on bedding so unfortunately when I got their late check in mind you and tired from a 12 hr drive I had to take all the bedding and wash it and have my kids sleep with their travel throw blankets for the first night. But other than the cleanliness of the place all and all it was a nice property/safe atmosphere. Which is always top priority being a single mom. I would definitely stay there again.

The place itself was good, but communications about the large deposit and process about what was needed to gain access was lacking....I was already charged and the money withdrawn and still spent 5 hours back and forth with the property managers just trying to get a door access code....and the payments weren't properly undated.

Great value! Could use a little maintenance (light bulbs, wall cracks) but overall a great experience. 12 min scooter ride or 45 min walk to the action on Broadway.

Posted Jun. 4, 2024 on HotelsLoved our stay. Very clean! Beds were like sleeping on clouds. The only issue was the walls are paper thin so you can hear noise from everywhere. However it did not cause a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again! Very reasonable in price.

Germantown Gem
Posted May 16, 2024 on HotelsI enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.

Great place to stay with quiet, friendly neighborhood. Only thing I didn't like about the place was you could hear people next door or above.
