The common areas were clean, but they assigned us a room on the first floor with stains on the carpet, trash behind the beds, dust all over the room, dirty curtains, a stained bathroom, and mold in the bathtub. They immediately assigned us another room on the second level that was 3.5/5 much cleaner, but with some stains on the curtains only and dust in the mini fridge area. The staff 5/5, the breakfast overall 4/5. If you are going with a family it would not be a good option. The taco food truck in the outside area is a good option for dinner and very good.

My check in went smoothly. I was able to get a room on the ground floor. The room had no desk chair which made it difficult for me to work at my computer. The beds in the room are both very hard. The room was clean.

Check in was very easy. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was just right for our family’s one night stay. The room and bathroom were clean and organized. We would stay there again if needed and recommend to other travelers🙂

Dated, dirty, old, moldy shower head, dirty vents, moldy smelling air. Wouldn’t recommend. Continental breakfast was ok. Only reason we stayed here was proximity to what we were in town for. Would have canceled and booked a different place but we had the non-refundable rate. Leave yourself the option to cancel and get a refund and decide for yourself.

Pictures were very deceiving. Room was generally nasty. Burn holes in the floor, walls cracked and peeling, ceiling peeling in the bathroom. Not worth what I paid at ALL. The bed was clean, but that was the ONLY thing clean in the room. When I mentioned this on check out, the manager on duty said nothing, just sat behind his computer smiling. Won't be back. Adding to say the manager stated he was "working on a refund" as i was leaving, hoever, its been almost a week and expedia cannot get in touch with the property. They all had crappy attitudes and are not honest about anything. Would not recommend this facility to ANYONE.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, I think the front desk guy was on a TikTok livestream panel discussion on the election or something. He was talking about abortion, the military, and other stuff. I felt like I was interrupting him by trying to check in, which was awkward. But the room served the purpose that it needed to serve. I won’t be staying again, but I did appreciate the price!

The supposed manager was very rude to myself, my wife and several other people that were there. I have traveled quite a bit and stayed at several hotels and I have never experienced or heard someone treat people the way this manager did, I would never stay here again. I had to actually contact Expedia to have them work out the issue I had with the property.
