A little chaotic but overall OK stay
The first night we were there, we went out for dinner and came back to our room door being ajar. I went to the lobby and spoke immediately with the representative at the desk. He stated that he was not aware that anyone had been in our room. He sent maintenance there to take a look. Maintenance discovered that the door did not latch properly & instructed us to “pull hard until we heard a latch.” I’m have to admit it did make me a little uneasy, however it seem to do the trick. Nothing was missing from our room, which I am very appreciative for. That same evening the buildings fire alarm went off at 1230am. No one knew what was going on and no representative of the hotel addressed it. We all went outside and stood on the sidewalk. A fire truck pulled up to the opposite side of the building so we all went back in and we never heard anything. I asked the front desk several times what happened and no one was able to give me more info.

The suites are large and common areas and pool/workout areas are well appointed. Front desk staff and manager are amazing. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The hall carpets need to be cleaned. Walls in halls could use art work. Rooms need a deep clean and need painting. Sheets were dirty, but problem was rectified. Late check out comes at a charge - should share this up front. With some attention to cleaning this place could be outstanding.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was actually quite large. The property is within walking distance to lower Broadway however, a Lyft ride was $5-$6. The staff was all very friendly and eager to help. Travis at the front desk had a great attitude and sense of humor. Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely go back to Placemakr.

As we entered we were delighted by the spacious suite and amazing light filled rooms, however, my stay at Placemakr was unfortunately overshadowed by a significant cleanliness issue. Upon arrival, we discovered multiple hair strands in the sheets, which was highly unsettling. Hair can carry bacteria and lice, and this was a major concern for us. We reported the issue, and while housekeeping did come to clean the room, the problem persisted throughout our stay. We brought this to the attention of management, and they offered to waive our early check-in and late check-out fees as compensation. However, given the severity of the issue, we felt that this did not adequately address the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced. We also tried to contact management to discuss further compensation, but they were unavailable for several days, leaving us with no one else to attend to our needs. For a hotel that otherwise offers a comfortable stay, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and customer service. I hope Placemakr takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Our unit was very dirty (floors) when we checked in. Easy parking, but for a pricey fee. The water to the entire building was turned off unexpectedly one day from 9:39 am to 12:30 pm. Very inconvenient, but the manger did reimburse my parking fee.

Loved the overall property! It came stocked with basic dishes and linens! The pull out bed was comfy and easy to use! The only thing that was kinda confusing was that i didnt get the code prior to arriving so was kinda worried about it but it all worked out great in the end!
