Staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool line dance instructor. Rooms were clean but are due for an update.

The lady that checked us in was rude and abrasive. Lack of customer service manners. The rest was average. They don't go the extra mile to accommodate you. We were told there was a shuttle to take us back from the Optey Olé concert and there was not one. Very bad experience.
