Hotel is very old and stinks. Old carpet, we had roaches in the first room and had to be moved. The same room had mold in the bathroom and old beer cans on top of the armoire. Which means the cleaners hadn’t done a good clean.

We booked last minute. We got a basic room the room was clean but the bed skirt looked as if it had some stains and not pleasant look at the end of the bed . The front desks gentleman where very nonchalant no personality. We booked bc we thought it had a pool but it was either under construction . Breakfast was very bare minimum as well we was out at 7:30 . Literally only had biscuits & gravy waffles 4 apples and a few others like muffins and bagels nothing to brag about .

Bed spreads urine and linens were stained. Staff did replaced it with blankets that had holes in it. The breakfast was gross. The staff wasn’t dressed well and one barely spoke English. Will never go back.

It’s smelled bad and I complained. You think they would have offered me a different room but they didn’t. It was also not very clean. Wound not recommend this hotel. I will never ever stay at a comfort inn! Very dissatisfied

First let me say that the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, linens were nice. However, the pool was not available (was not mentioned on the webpage). Breakfast was out of most stuff by the time I would go down around 7:15am. So the last two mornings I went down before 7am. The bathrooms need updated. Everytime I stepped in the tub I felt it would fall through. I am not that heavy. Water pressure was not good for a shower. The pull didn't work correctly. Looks like they spent the money on nice new floors but didn't update the bathrooms. Definitely not worth the money they are charging nightly.

The only complaint that I had was I came down at 8:30 and all the food was gone they had a hot breakfast but some Ziggy pigs came down there and ate everything they could ate up all the eggs ate up all the sausage drink of all the milk took all the juice boxes so there was no orange juice no nothing the waffles were almost completely out no fruit because they all came down and ate everything they could.

I didn't like that I booked the room to find out half hour later I was in so much pain had to go to Dr Anna you all wouldn't refund my money so I didn't get to stay
