unit needs updating

Very bright in the front bedroom at night, very spacious but worn - we were there for business, so didn't spend much time in the unit. We had one issue with the toilet upon check-in which got resolved quickly the next working. The property itself was well maintained, quiet, and very conveniently located. The staff were top notch.

Our stay at this property was VERY comfortable! The unit was spacious and relaxing. There was a sizeable kitchen, great bathrooms, and a roomy living/dining room combo. More importantly, everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The location was great too! Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo close to the Opry

We stayed 6 nights here. It was a perfectly pleasant place to stay. It's 5 minutes from the Opry and the mall and lots of restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything you need to cook etc. It isn't very new but I would certainly stay there again. They had a few outdoor things you could do by the pool area like a BB hoop and corn hole but we didn't use them really. They all looked in good shape. The only 2 complaints we had was the bed in the master bedroom didn't have a headboard. It kind of has a 2 level shelf behind it. Was uncomfortable to watch tv in bed. The other thing was that the dryer took forever to dry anything. We only did a couple loads tho so not that big a deal. Again, would stay here again in a heartbeat. And Nashville in Oct is a beautiful place to be.

First and foremost, I would definitely stay at this location again. The only difficulties were: confusion at checkin. The room I reserved was not actually available. The property manager phoned me in advance and gave me options but said to definitely speak to them at check in case my original selection was available. At check in the woman behind the desk was not great at communication. It was very much like, don’t speak to me kind of feeling. I asked her once for an upgrade to our original rsvp. and she just looked at me. I asked her a second time and she said “nothing is available”. I said “oh, I’m sorry - I didn’t hear you say that.” So I said, “so no 2BD/2BA at all?” She looked at me and continued to typing, gave us our keys, and told us to go to the Concierge desk. The next morning, housekeeping came to our door and said “oh, I’m sorry - I have the wrong room.” Later in the day, I received a phone call asking how we were enjoying our room upgrade? Apparently, we were assigned a completely different room in the system reflecting our original request. I explained what room we were in and the “communication issues” at check-in. That was the end of that - we did not switch rooms since we were already settled and not in the room at the time. At checkout, I went to the desk to make sure everything was correct. They couldn’t find me in the system - my name was spelled incorrectly, (a simple typo I’m sure) but it was a little frustrating.

The olace we stayed was great. My inly complaint was there was no hair dryer. The only thing i needed that was available.

Great fun

The location of this resort is incredible. We were able to explore Opryland, Opry Mills, downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. It was a wonderful mid-week get away and we would highly recommend this property.

Concierge clipped me for $40

After checking in, I was told to stop by the concierge desk to get wristbands. At that time the Concierge on duty told me that as part of the VRBO booking, I was required to book a Timeshare appointment. I was also told that I was required to put in a deposit or $40. No where in the listing did it state this requirement. Severe in town for my daughter’s golf even. The event conflicted with the appointment that I was “required” to book. So obviously we could not make the appointment and were charged $40. The resort was fine but there is no chance that I would have bought into the Wyndham resort property anyway. The resort, although clean was dated and in need of updating. Again, it was fine and served the purpose. I just don’t like getting lied to about this alleged requirement. As well as getting clipped for $40.
