The rooms and property were clean and well taken care of.
The staff seemed to enjoy their job and were always welcoming in their interactions.
The biggest value to me was the included hot breakfast, snack hour (evening), and the coffee and popcorn all day. I didn't need to go out to eat so I saved a lot of money by using the hotel amenities.
You also get 3 alcoholic drinks each night you stay if you are able to attend the snack time (happy hour).
Overall, you get what you pay for. I do think saving money on dining out is a big plus because you can easily spend $20-$30 each meal.

Was looking for a nice hotel to stay in when driving home from the beach in Florida. Hotel was super easy to find and close to everything we needed for a quick stop.
