Amazing comfortable and friendly people

It was amazing from the time we walked in. We was greeted with smile, everyone was so friendly. The location was great. The bartender at the pool area was so friendly and welcoming her name was Shawna. We will definitely come back and stay here!!

We visit Nashville twice a year on average. The hotel was fantastic except the valet service. To start with 65 a day is higher than I pay when staying in other major cities. Either way for the amount charged and still having to wait 22 minutes for my car is pretty unacceptable.

I am a Hilton Honors member and because I didn’t book directly through the hotel the front desk staff made me feel like 3rd party bookings are second class. I love Expedia and the hotel should recognize that a reputable booking service like Expedia is good for their business and not negative at all. The staff needs to treat “all” visitors to their hotel equally throughout their stay. The hotel itself is a nice property and very close to Broadway, walking distance and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Birthday trip

The Breakfast staff were so nice! Kelly & Jenny sang happy birthday to me in Spanish and they presented me with a muffin-cake. Great location to all the attractions. Happy Hour food needs to step it up a bit & the pre-made cocktails are not the best so stick with beer or wine. However, Happy Hour is a great addition to the benefits of staying their. The views from the room & the 30th floor pool/bar/patio were absolutely amazing! We definitely would recommend Embassy Suites!

We were there for a convention which was in the Music City Convention Hall directly across the street. Talk about convenience! Plus it’s an easy walk to Broadway and all the bars. Restaurant in the Embassy is rather expensive but excellent food.

We love this hotel. It’s so convenient to broadway and walking distance to everything. The only down side was the valet is not worth the price. They take 20-30minutes to get your car for you.
