Simplement parfait

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la « petite » ville de Nashville! A proximité de tout, la vue de l’hôtel, la terrasse sur le toit et le déjeuner sont juste parfait! Un week-end de boys dans la ville de la musique avec cet endroit c’est magique!

Hotel très bien situé et trés propre. Lorsque nous avons séjournée les clés des chambre était en panne, il fallait donc se faire accompagné pour allée a notre chambre. De plus, le site indiquait avoir une piscine mais réellement elle n'était pas encore en fonction.

Overrated af hotel

My reservation was given away and had to pay an extra 35$ for basic upgrade. Had to pay for hotel parking, which I absolutely hate. The pool was a pathetic rooftop pool and cold. Worst eggs I’ve had in my life at breakfast. Overrated hotel.

We traveled 10 hours to Nashville with a Truck and trailer we arrived early and had to wait almost 5 hours until our room was ready. We had to park in an another other parking lot due to being too large for the parking garage but had to pay for parking. When we got into our room it was clean but we didn’t have a dirty clothes bag, trash bags, or hangers to hang suits and dresses, the sheets had small tears. The breakfast was very well done along with the happy hour plus the amazing view and the one man band on the rooftop bar. We had a maid quickly knock at our door and was in our room before we could even get up to answer. We came back after dinner and the front doors were closed and locked as you needed your room key to open we had a party that followed to get in as they didn’t have a key, there was no extra security or front desk/employee that was present. When we checked out, the front desk was rude and short as we didn’t order any extras as in room service nor ask for extra essentials. When you pay that much for a hotel it’s expected to have the hospitality and cleanliness. You could hear street noise at times but a quiet area for being close to broadway.
