Beautiful home near civil war history

Pilgrimage festival

Perfect Franklin Location
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family came down to attend a wedding in Franklin. The house was perfect! It was exactly as it appears on line. Bright, homey, and comfortable space to gather. Close to a great coffee shop, historic landmarks and walkable to downtown. Would absolutely stay again when visiting Franklin.

Annual Gala
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAway4 couples travel to Franklin every year to support an overseas mission in Uganda called PR12 and enjoy a few days on each side of the event.
This house was perfect in size, convenient location for walking, very clean and well laid out for visiting between excursions. We would definitely stay there again !
The only negative is contacting the property mgmt to ask simple questions requires a master’s degree if you are not a tech geek…. A phone number would be helpful !

Family gathering.
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for my mother's burial. The home was the perfect size for our party of 6 with room for more. Everyone had their own bathroom so planning for events while there was easy for everyone to get ready on time. The amenities in the bathrooms were a perfect touch. I loved that each room had full size mirrors and somewhere to sit. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The main living areas were nice with room for everyone to relax. I personally liked that there is only one TV in the house. It assured that everyone gathered together for conversation and quality time. There were games available to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with most anything you need to cook a family dinner. And the coffee beans, grinder and assortment of teas were such a nice addition. Oh, and the mini moon pies were so much fun. They brought back fond childhood memories.
Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was simple. I really appreciate how easy everything went during a really difficult time for us. IIwildefinitelbook this property again in the future.

Second stay and just as good the second time!

The property is in a great location within walking distance to downtown and has everything that is needed. Next time we are in Franklin, we'll stay at the same place!
