The property was nice but we were over charged for drinks( they fixed it when I was checking out, took about 20 mins and 3 people to refund 20.00) and every activity was overly expensive( 15.00 to throw snowballs) We only had room cleaned 1x in the 3 nights we stayed. We requested towels, blankets and pillows 2 Xs and never received them. The decorations were amazing, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is very nice! However, unless you happen to run into a manager, forget customer service. It was almost useless asking most of the employees for directions. They were clueless, not helpful and should be encouraged to explore the property on their breaks. There are far too many foreigners employed who does not fully understand the English language. The bathroom in our atrium room was very cramped and almost non-functional with the shower door and bathroom door being so tightly positioned. Beds and pillows were sub par and not comfortable either. The food was great, but there was no variety in non alcoholic drinks at any of the outlets. We were thankful for Rob, Jenine, (Gueat services), Vernell, and Willie at the front desk. They made our stay more enjoyable.
