Riverfront Condo has been newly renovated to give you THE perfect Nashville experience. Put your feet up, watch TV on the reclaimed wood wall in the living room. Whether you're here to kick your boots up and party on Broadway or relax listening to the sound of the river, this is the PERFECT place for you!

This Riverfront Condo will comfortably sleep Six - Eight people. The master has a large king bed, the guest room has a queen bed, and the living room has both a Queen Murphy bed and a pullout Sofa. EVERYTHING in this unit is new to provide you with the most comfortable stay in Music City.

While walking to Broadway is easy, the weather may not always cooperate, so an Uber drive is only $5-$7 . Visit Acme Feed and Seed's rooftop bar, walk down to the famous Tootsies, or watch the Nashville Predators or Tennessee Titans both within walking distance.

Sisters Trip
My sisters and I came to celebrate my birthday and it was wonderful! The property was very clean and comfortable. Views of the river were lovely. The only issue we had is the second bedroom has a light right outside the window and so the room never got completely dark. Otherwise exceptional trip!

Germantown Condo
Overall we were pleased with our stay at this cute Germantown condo. Great location with an easy walk to downtown. The main complaint we have is the bathroom needs an update. The shower curtain needs replaced and the bathtub kept backing up during showers. Fix that and this place deserves all 5 stars.

Great get away
A little far from Broadway and attractions to make too many walking trips, but we were able to find parking and use Uber. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the river was super relaxing and very private ( no neighbors/other balconies are visible). We enjoyed our stay!

Don’t be fooled by the outside
The ouside looks a little bit like a commercial space or jail but the inside was very nice. There were more beds than listed and all were very comfortable. It had every thing 5 women would need. Our only complaints were some outlets didn’t seem to work and the bathtub drained slowly.

We brought grandsons to Nashville for an ELO concert. Loved sitting on condo balcony. Got great exercise with downtown just a mile away we parked the car at condo and walked .eeverywhere.

Cute place, great views but there wasn't anything near to walk too
I am normally VERY positive and enjoy everything.... but I want to give a honest review about our experience. PROS: - Communication with the owner- he was very informative and gave great information on the check in process - Owner also was gracious enough to offer to drop our bags off at the apartment before check in while cleaners were there if we wanted too. - Cute living room area with the wood wall - Great views of the river - VERY Comfortable mattresses - slept great on them (although the pillows were not... I had to sleep on a decorative pillow) - Everything in the main areas very clean, refrigerator, kitchen, living room - Felt like a safe location CONS: - Although this place was a non smoking location- there was someone that smoked in above us that completely made our place smell like it was smoked filled. This is obviously not the owners fault, but it was so bad my eyes were hurting, had drainage and was coughing. - The last night we were there, the smokers checked out, and a new group came, and it sounded like a heard of elephants all night. It was very loud. Again, not the owners fault but it was our experience. - The reviews said there was lots of places to walk to. There was not, we had to wait on rides to take us to eat, drink, or so anything. - Lots of construction everywhere around us -Bathroom was not very clean, tub backed up Hate to be negative, but wanted to be honest.

Friends Getaway
Long time friends getaway to Nashville (only 1 of us had been before). Enjoyed great food and music on Broadway ... was nice to come back to a comfortable condo to relax and refresh.

Had business in Nashville and turned it into pleasure. Really enjoyed being on the water. Morning coffee on balcony and watching your local ground hog enjoy his environment. Covered parking was a bonus.

We stayed here for a BFF overnight on our way to the Smokies and it was very comfortable. We especially like the assortment of fans, as we all sleep with one. The king bed was very comfortable. And the view of the river was great.

Good weekend stay
Our family of three adults stayed for a weekend wedding trip. It was perfect for a place to stay while attending festivities, as we just need a place to rest our heads. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfortable.

Comfortable and easy access to Broadway
Just the right size for 4, but I wouldn't recommend a. larger group. 2 full bathrooms for us was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet and safe. Lots of off street parking. A quick Uber ride to Broadway and back.
