Very Nice Hyatt... best service!
Within walking distance from lower Broadway. The upper floors have a great view. 24th is the top floor to stay on. The 25th floor is a rooftop bar!

Beautiful hotel, huge lobby, spacious, well furnished rooms, large bathroom with double sink, large walk-in, glass shower. Heated, outdoor pool on the 5th floor, open year round. Beautiful cocktail lounge on the 24th floor with outdoor gas fire pits and great views. Within walking distance to bars, shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had 3 rooms for my family. All 3 had different experiences checking in. When I personally checked in they asked if I wanted my room I would need to pay $50 for checking in “early”. The problem, the rest of my family already checked, got keys, and there was no reasoning other than “not sure why they didn’t have to pay”. Not a good look and just seemed to be finding a way to make fees.
