The property charges for parking. We had a handicap placard, and valet parks cars with non-handicap plates/placards in those spots. A/C issues, room never got cool enough. Maintenance came 3-4 times to check. They do not offer room service, which the site states they do. The pool/jacuzzi area had missing/sharp coping, as well as areas in the pool that were sharp. The pool/jacuzzi were dirty.

Disappointed with the quality if this hotel for the price. Not Hilton worthy. We had air conditioner issues, pool needed repair, front desk wasn't accomedating . No longer had a shuttle which was main reason for booking again. Parking too high for quality. Will not recommend again

The lobby room was very clean. Staff was super friendly & helpful with all my questions. There are a lot of food/bar options within walking distance that are open late. Valet was very fast bringing my car back down when I called (you can also request your car with a link they text you). Overall great experience! Breakfast is not included though which is probably on the listing and I just missed it
