Avoid this place at all costs!! Just as we entered the room we saw cockroaches and bugs and humidity at it’s worse! Then the Fire alarm went off a few minutes later and had to exit the building as Firefighters showed up. Decided then to leave for another hotel as we could not see ourselves sleep there for the night as it was disgusting and filthy. Waiting for a call from Expedia for a refund.

Scratch on the wall, front desk gave me a room that already had a guest in there. Terrible since checking in.

Mediocre at best

While the hotel was conveniently located, yet nicely tucked away behind retail, the cleanliness and customer service was lacking. When I called to ask for more towels, I was told I would have to go get them from the front desk. Our three towels were removed from the room the morning after our first night’s stay and were not replaced. Why? The office attendant couldn’t tell me and still didn’t offer to have them brought to the room. The bathroom floor was very dirty and everything in the room felt sticky. Breakfast was okay…pancake machine was neat. Given the large number of hotels in the area, I would not recommend this one.

Old property but the management has taken extra ordinary efforts to keep the facility clean comfy and presentable. Huge beds !!!
