Verry good service at the desk with kindfull and helpfull staff .
Except that they forgot to refill the coffee cups that stay at this hotel would have been perfect.Self service breakfast is one of the best I have seen.

Breakfast staff was friendly & the cleaning staff were very accommodating. The property was newly remodeled. & The room was quiet

Everything was great, employees went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I had some difficulty with the iron and Adelina ironed my shirt for me and also taught me how to use it. The receptionist at 1:00 when I checked out made me a plate of breakfast because I wasn’t feeling well. Everybody was on top of their game. By far the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in!

Pool and tub could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good. Size of the king suite was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

We booked a king size room online and when we checked in they didn’t have a king size and did not compensate for the downgrade of a room.
