We have stayed at this Holiday Inn location twice in the last 12 months and have been impressed both times! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. They have a shuttle service to Broadway and we have always had great service while using it. The servers in the restaurant are great as well. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Rooms have always been clean and no issues.

Staff is very eager to please, very polite and friendly. The shuttle was most convenient to get downtown and back to the hotel (tipping is appreciated). The property could use an update but the rooms were clean; only disappointment was that there is no safe in the rooms to store passports and valuables. We had an issue with the smoke detector and the maintenance person was there to repair it within a couple of minutes! Well worth paying $1 more per day to have breakfast included: full breakfast bar.
Not a luxurious hotel but it’s a great choice for the price. We would definitely stay there again.
