Charming cottage!
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayTidy, exceptionally clean, updated, charming place to stay less than a mile from downtown Franklin. Bedding was comfortable and fresh. (Can get a bit tight with three adults and one bath.) A bit awkward arriving at 4 with the cleaning folks stuff in the house but other than that highly recommend!

“The Golden Girls” Roadtrip

Clean, comfortable beds, every appliance you need, quiet, perfect location , and a quiet dead end street. I am already recommending to friends who have Nashville/ Franklin on their bucket list. If we return, I will definately seek out this rental again, the best we have ever rented!

Perfect Location in Franklin
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved that the location was close to all the civil war sites we wanted to visit and the downtown area. All the amenities you could want! Washer and dryer was a plus since it rained almost the entire time we were there. Extremely clean! The house is beautifully decorated/remodeled. Only con was the a/c ducts made a strange noise when turning on throughout the night, which I think we just had heightened awareness listening to civil war stories all day lol. King bed was comfortable, however we prefer a more solid pillow. Would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic getaway, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood!

Its comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to so many things... small businesses, shops, local eateries, historical sites, and so much more! We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend! The hosts were great easy to communicate with and directions were perfect!

Charming home in perfect location!
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic stay at this lovely home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is perfect—just a short walk to beautiful downtown Franklin. Our 6-year-old had a blast playing in the huge backyard, kicking balls around. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Tennessee Getaway
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay in Franklin. The town was everything we had hoped for with its shops and restaurants and history. The cottage was in a great location… a little bit of a stretch to walk to Main Street (especially on a hot day) but there is plenty of free parking available and it’s only a 5 minute drive. We also headed into Nashville on 2 separate days (once using Uber which was only about $75 total round trip) and made the short drive out to Leiper’s Fork. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Highly recommend the area and this cottage. You will not be disappointed.
