Good Clean hotel stay - services can be improved
My wife and I wanted a 5 night getaway in Nashville, and this hotel is in a great location to walk to Broadway, CMHF, and other major venues. The room was comfortable, well designed with nice beds, plenty of space to spread out, and great lighting and USB charging ports. We had a problem with the auto valet - they lost our car twice, once assigning it to another person, and another time bringing the wrong car from the garage. Average time to deliver the car, when they found it, was around 20 minutes. The front desk was pleasant but somewhat amateurish as if they did not understand what hospitality was all about. Housekeeping missed making up our room one day, even after we had let the front desk know we would be out all day and to make up the room. Other that that, it's a good hotel - the restaurant is expensive and there are plenty of other choices in the neighborhood.

Clean property, very good location not in or out the city center, just right for a close walk to everything, food was very good , service is excellent, front desk was so robotic and fast when giving information upon check in , you won’t understand a word! Our shower box had a major water leak from the glass were the bathroom was full of water after shower 1207, noise from construction across the street might wake u up at 6 am if ur a light sleeper , I wish they took the initiative to tell us or book us a better room, overall good experience, bell person was very good too!

Over all we had a nice stay at your hotel. My only complaint was that the lobby area had a very strong perfume smelling scent that was overwhelming and I was unable to stay in the lobby for more than a few minutes. I notice that on our last day when the christmas tree display was taken down that the smell had diminished somewhat but was still stronger than I would prefer.

I paid over 1200.00 us for 3 nights which was 1800.00 plus Canadian , I work very hard for my money when we arrived on December 30 our room was to be ready for 4 o'clock. We did not get into our room till almost 8 o'clock. That was very disappointing especially when you pay that kind of money yes I do realize it was New Year's Eve but if people have to be out of the room by 11 o'clock in the morning, I don't understand why rooms weren't done at four. Also, we did not receive bath towels on a regular base and the one bad had dirty stains on the white sheets, which the maid did replace.

Great hotel! It’s within walking distance to great restaurant options such as Pancake Pantry, Sun Diner, the Diner, and everything on Broadway street. It is also with in walking distance to Nissan Stadium if you are in town for sports. Only downfall, early check in fee if you arrive before scheduled time.

A couple of the front desk people weren’t the most pleasant. A gentleman in particular was arrogant and definitely had a chip on his shoulder! Not a good representation for this nice hotel. The restaurant was very good! Highly recommend! The wait staff/bartenders were so friendly and nice.
