I asked twice to have the hotel phone in my room to be fixed also I asked the television to be fixed as it wasn’t working either. Neither were fixed during my stay. Very disappointed.

In general, the hotel was clean and quiet (during sleeping hours). The H Bar needs some improvements to keep up with more than a few guests (more staff) and the photos around the hotel that promote the bar depict food options that are quite inviting...however the food that is served is much less delectable. If you're looking for luxury you will need to go further down tge street and pay MUCH more... however if you just need a quiet, clean, sufficient accommodation then the Hyatt House is just fine.

I would probably stay at this hotel again when I’m the area, because of the convenience. There’s no above and beyond customer service. Staff only speak when spoken to, housekeeping doesn’t come, room was only cleaned once in 4 day stay and wasn’t cleaned properly and didn’t leave enough towels. the breakfast is a filling meal, just thrown together. I do appreciate that they leave the coffee out after breakfast is over. The fire-pit should be turned up higher. When you’re used to customer service, you recognize not having it. But I can say if you call and need something they’re on it.

Site security was good. Secure hotel parking garage was easily accessed/navigated and I drive a crew cab truck. Near to several Nashville points of interest: Music Row, Centennial Park, the Parthenon, Vanderbilt University
