The hotel was very nice, the rooms were nice. the breakfast was great. a lot of options for breakfast.the parking was not great and the beds were very hard.

Room was great, very comfortable. Check in desk clerk was not the friendliest and seemed unfamiliar with area or perhaps wasnt interested in sharing information on restaurants in the area. Check out desk clerk was extremely friendly

Beautiful hotel! Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Great breakfast and bar. Loved the outdoor lounge area. Close to shopping mall, theater and restaurants. I definitely recommend the Hyatt House in Nashville/Cool Springs Franklin, TN.

Breakfast lacking
Staff are very friendly and the hotel was clean and in good condition. The only reason I marked it good instead of excellent was because the breakfast was lacking. They had a container for scrambled eggs, but no scrambled eggs were put out. The selection was not as extensive as other people had noted.

Check-in was quick and easy plus I was able to leave a card at reception for my wife who arrived later while I was working. Hotel has 4 Tesla chargers. Breakfast had a great selection of breads, cereals, as well as meat and eggs. Our dog also enjoyed her stay and liked our quiet room.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. New, extremely clean & updated modern made it a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price. A cocktail bar & breakfast dining put it off the charts nice. Thank you.
