Nice motel. Uber to downtown was $30 on avg. Will stay here again.

Worst stay ever!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the last three years and it was always great. This time was a nightmare. They gave our 2 queen bed room away and assigned us a king bed suite on the LL with no cell service and broken lock. Then they moved us to a regular king size room when what we needed was 2 beds. They tried to say it was an upgrade to have some members of our party sleep on the couch unless they expected all of us to sleep in the king bed. They claimed they were going to move us to right room the second night but manager was not there in the morning and we were told our room would be moved when he arrived but we had a 10am appt so had to leave. I guess they wanted us to cancel all our plans waiting on manager then clerk at check out tried to claim we refused to move to try and not reimburse us for first night. When we finally got back to hotel at end of night our keys didn’t work and they couldn’t make us new keys until clerk figured out someone had checked us out of the room without moving our room? This hotel was horribly managed. I want the previous manager back, she was a treasure. I have several booked for May and am thinking whether it’s worth the headaches the incompetence caused. To boot housekeeping knocked on our door sometime after 8am so if you are planning to sleep in you better put up the do not disturb sign. They also don’t clean the rooms which is something hotels everywhere are getting away with post Covid. More profits for them.

Had to wait for room

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we had to wait for over 30 minutes due to a late check out. Room was great but frustrating to wait for room after check in time

Best hotel ive stayed at bar none, I've stayed at alot. Breakfast is amazing, beds are comfy rooms are great.

We Just Keep Going Back

We have stayed at this property every year for the past four years of this business trip. We keep going back because of the comfortable beds and the full kitchen feel. It is also centrally located to many places in town I have to go.

The best thing about this hotel was the mattress and pillows. I have a bad back and neck, and most hotels with the hilton line have the worst mattresses and pillows that I struggle to sleep comfortable but this particular hotel is the best Ive slept in many years of trave...even to Vegas strip casinsos not this comfortable! So that says something!
