We really enjoyed the staff from check-in all the way through room service, dining, and check out. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only negative comment I have about the hotel is that it is located at an intersection of two busy streets. And, it seems that everyone in Nashville owns either a very loud motorcycle or a very loud car, and chooses that intersection to rev up their pipes. The hotel has beautiful views with lots of glass, but the glass does nothing to restrict the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. That said, I would return to this hotel and just request a room on the opposite side of the busy street in front.

The staff, lobby and proximity to Broadway were perfect. The rooms could be updated but were very clean and comfortable. Also, the housekeeping staff never cleaned our room once. Two days we have the privacy light on but two days, we lit it for service and it never happened

The room was beautiful! Clean, and comfortable. Walking distance to broadway and had friendly staff.
