Perfect accomodation for two couples - 5 stars
Publié le 6 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation is excellent for walking to/from downtown Nashville where the action is. Two, completely separate bedrooms with full bathes and very comfortable beds. Communication with owners of the unit was excellent (Written and verbal). We would certainly look to stay here if we visit again.

Excellent Nashville accommodation - walk to downtown

The location allows us the ability to walk downtown Nashville in 15-20 minutes (A bit longer coming back as it's a bit uphill); nice restaurant nearby (Pines)
Communication (Verbal and written) with owners was great
The suite was well equipped, beds were very comfortable

Good location but…
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was perfect for us-walking distance to downtown. But, the place was just ok. The floor was dirty with food pieces and dust on it. The toilet in the main bedroom is not properly installed so it rocks when you use it. The layout of the bathroom is strange with the toilet shoved against the wall/corner so it is awkward going into the closet. The windows were difficult to open and were covered in dust. There is a train that goes by in the morning but we were aware of that and used sound machines. The fitness room was very nice with great equipment. We enjoyed ourselves but probably wouldn’t pick this place again in the future.

D.C- there was NO complaint while you were there and we guarantee all cleaning so we could have taken care of the issues immediately. We did inform cleaning. We will let maintenance know about the toilet.

Nashville 50th Trip
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, our stay was excellent. The location was ideal, and the condo had everything we needed.
We did have some initial confusion with receiving two different emails containing different door codes, which delayed our entry into the suite. However, we quickly figured it out, and the communication to resolve the issue was prompt.
One suggestion, with five women staying, is to add a full-length mirror 😊

Great Place to Stay in Nashville
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo is beautiful and well appointed. We loved staying here as it is close to Lower Broadway, but not too close. We really enjoyed the great view from the rooftop terrace for happy hour! Host was responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommended!
