Wooded Modern Oasis

The views are breath taking & serene. You will have so many places to sit, walk & relax with coffee. Your space has a private entrance & full privacy. You are renting the bottom 600 sqft (no other renters). You will have the beautiful yard, space & amenities all for your sole use. The space offers a master bedroom, kitchenette, full bath spa shower, 2nd room with a full size bed, table & tv. The additional room is seperate from the master & doesn't have a bathroom. The yards amazing with a firepit & multiple chairs. The shops are only 2 miles away. Additionally, there are two lakes, an overlook, & nature preserve nearby. Please contact owner if you have children prior to booking.

Amazing!
This place is perfect for adults to get away for a weekend! So close to downtown Nashville and brown county state park! Such a gorgeous view off the back deck, so clean inside, quiet, you ARE the only ones on the property, and the lady we rented from was so sweet, good communication, so helpful with everything, and answered every question so quickly! We will definitely be back for another weekend!

It's a great little spot
Really nice place, and just as advertised as far as how it is vs the pictures. I chose 4 stars for overall when the individuals were 5 for two reasons. First, there was no direct way to control the hvac system. I had to ask for it to be turned up. I did that once, but it's highly annoying to me not to have control over the equipment in the place I'm staying. Not a big deal probably to a lot of people but I'm the one who was there, and it bothered me. Since I'm in the hvac field, maybe that's the reason it bothered me. Second, it's not its own place. It's directly connected to the main house via an open stairway that was only blocked off by Styrofoam and a treadmill. Honestly, that was a bit uncomfortable, and I wouldn't have stayed here had I known that there wasn't even a door between the downstairs rental and the rest of the house. To be sure, the place was nice, the host communicative, the view amazing, and the deck was nice in the mornings. If what bothered me wouldn't bother you, you'll really enjoy this place. Thank you.

Great owner and property
Looking out the windows or off the deck and seeing nothing but beautiful scenery is amazing. The property was clean and inviting. The owner was also incredibly kind and accommodating. Cool Location/Property - Not Super Accurate Description
The property was very nice, but the posting information really didn't match the property. Not sure if the inaccuracies are just Vrbo's fault in the posting options, but was a little disappointed at the size/space. Property is listed as 2 bedroom, and it is really just a 1 bedroom space. Additionally, the property is listed to have Internet; however, the wifi/Internet did not reach the "bonus room". The walk from the parking area to the door for entry also felt a little unsafe, as there was no light source for the stairs or the deck. Overall, our trip went well and the property location was very cool. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck area. Was just a little disappointed at the inaccuracies of the posting and the additional information we didn't see until after the property had been booked.

Beautiful property with incredible views.
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend while she was at a conference at the university. The property is located just a few minutes from the town of Nashville so there’s plenty to do and see in the area. The home itself is clean and modern. It has a huge deck and plenty of outdoor seating as well as a fire pit. The view is hard to beat. It overlooks a valley and is situated perfectly to catch the sunset. This is a great little place for a getaway.

Excellent stay!
Lovely property just about 2 miles north of downtown Nashville, IN. Home is newly remodeled with a beautiful bathroom and spa-like shower! The views are wonderful and the new wood deck with lots of seating was our favorite space to hang out! There's even a fire pit and the host left us ingredients to make s'mores, but we were so busy we didn't get a chance to take advantage of it. The only downside, which didn't bother us enough to be an issue, is there is no couch or area to relax in the main space. Other than the bed, there are just two metal chairs and table. There is a second room that has a couch, table & chairs and TV, but it's a separated space. Not a big deal to us as we were busy the whole weekend but if the weather had been bad or it was a different season, I would have preferred to not have to go outside to get to it. Everything was immaculately clean and the host was kind and very responsive. The bed was comfortable and firm. If you like a soft mattress, this one is more on the firm side. The road is rather busy so there is a fair amount of road noise while sitting outside but was not a problem from the inside. We slept well and heard nothing! The views would be beautiful in the fall! Give Jennifer and this location a try! I'll bet you love it too!
