The space
This home is brand new, newly furnished, four story, four bedroom, 4 bathroom home. Every item in the house is brand new. Views from the rooftop are amazing! Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from single to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living room.

Quiet Neighborhood
Even with a bachelorette group next door, these condos are quiet and relaxing. We would have throughly enjoyed the rooftop area, if we would have had better weather. The manager replied very promptly with all communication. When we come back to Nashville, we will insure our dates allow us to stay here again!

Annual trip to Nashville. House was great and well kept. We've been staying in the same neighborhood the last three trips. We feel very safe there. Uber Drivers are well aware of the neighborhood. There are many new homes around. Very easy for pickups and drop offs. I highly recommend this property!

The property was perfect for our "golden bachelorette" celebration. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The common spaces were great for gathering and enjoying laughter. Views from the rooftop were awesome.

Love getting together with my kids and grandkids. This year we chose Nashville. Great city and love the vibe. This property was perfect. Overall the accommodations was nice. Having 4 rooms with each have private bath. Biggest complaint we had was the couch in the living room. It was a hot mess. Held together with duct tape, lol. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning Lots of areas that have not been cleaned in awhile. The outside of the building with all the trash cans that were everywhere made it seem kinda trashy as cans were overflowing and some tipped over causing trash to fly up and down the streets. Communication with host was great though. Overall we loved the property just surprised the couch was in such disarray.

Family Vacation
My husband and I, our teenage/adult kids and our dogs had a fantastic stay at this property between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! The property is very spacious for our party of 6 and the location is great! We were less than 10 minutes from Broadway and only a short drive over to the Opry Mills area. Also Jane, the manager was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, great property!

Check in and check out were easy and the host’s communication was excellent. Property was clean, included everything in the listing, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. Perfect set up to match our needs!
This place is very cute. As adults, we would never go somewhere and share bathrooms with other couples. That’s just our thing. So the fact that each couple had their own bathroom was perfect! The place is very comfortable, and had everything we needed. And we definitely loved hanging out on the rooftop! Oh! And we thought the master bedroom’s bed was very comfy!

Perfect Bachelor Party Spot
Perfect home base for a weekend bachelor party. Lots of beds and an awesome rooftop hangout spot. The kitchen and living room were large enough for all 9 of us to hang out in when we were just killing time. The ping pong table in the basement was an awesome touch as well. Great location to Broadway (only like a $8 ride if you catch it on non-surge prices). All the buildings surrounding this one were full of other bachelor/bachelorette parties as well.
